Dorothy Perkins was a go to shop in my teenage years, but then fell into a bad slump with uninspired clothing and horrible fabrics...BUT...They are back, with a good website and now deliver to over 100 countries, with good delivery charges and a great refund policy (which is important when buying on line). Here are my picks for the new season...

These are a great cut and would liven up all the neutrals that we all have in our wardrobes.
This jacket would work for smart with tailored pieces and look just as good with jeans and a tee at weekends.
Thick jumpers are a big trend this winter (as they are for most), but they can be tricky as they do add inches to your shape. This one has a nice fitted and slightly shrunken shape that takes away any bulk, and the button detail on the back elevates this from your usual casual jumper. It comes in some great colours too.
Shirts always a work hard in your wardrobe, dress them up, down, layer....This one has some nice details and would look amazing paired with navy.

They have this little number is down as a tunic top, which is very on trend this season but for us petite girls, this would make a dress with opaque tights.
Prices are good with the jacket at the most expensive of this group at £45, which I think is pretty good, plus if you like their Facebook page you get 15% off, now that I like.
So it is Friday again where this week has gone? We have a very quiet weekend planned as Poppy has a bug and is really not herself, poor thing. I hope you all have some fun things planned for this weekend and the official start of autumn.
